Ordering on-line
To order on-line just select your product/s and the quantities required and add them to the on-line shopping cart. Delivery charges (where applicable) will automatically be added to the cart. Payment can then be made using virtually any major credit or debit card via our fully secure payment gateway provided by Protx.
Minimum Order Value
We have a minimum order value of £10.00 plus delivery and VAT. Minimum quantities also apply on orders for some fluorescent tubes
Delivery Charges
Please note that all prices shown exclude delivery charges (£4.50 or free for orders over £50 - UK mainland only) and VAT at the current rate which will be added to all orders. Some items, particularly long fluorescent tubes, are subject to an additional charge of £10.00 plus VAT per order to cover additional courier costs. If this applies this is itemised separately in the shopping cart. This additional charge will still be applied to orders over £50.

Please note we that are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
Delivery
All orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Orders received on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or
Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we are unable to dispatch within this period we will contact you to arrange
a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. To check the

Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier. Please note that most orders will require
a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.30 Monday
to Friday to accept delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking
you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery
charge may be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
Returns
Please do not return any items to Lamps by Post without first contacting us by phone, fax or filling in our enquiries form to ask for a
returns authorisation number (RAN).

If you wish to return goods for any reason please supply the following information:-
*Your full contact details
*Date of order
*Our invoice/order number
No returned goods will be accepted unless pre-authorised by us and the package is marked clearly with the issued RAN.
If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course replace or refund these, as appropriate, as quickly as possible. We must receive notification of any problems within 7 days of delivery of your order.
If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns instructions.
Cancellation of Order
If you have ordered goods incorrectly or wish to cancel your order, please contact our sales office to discuss your requirements. Any goods correctly supplied
but returned, must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and carriage paid for by the customer and may be subject to a re-stocking charge (at our discretion)
to cover our expenses. Please note that exchanged items may be subject to re-delivery and administration charges at our discretion: This includes orders which were
originally subject to our "free delivery" offer.
